Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed on the same day. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, you will be notified by email regarding any delays or changes to your order.

    Customers will receive an order confirmation email when payment and order have been processed. Another email will be sent with a tracking number as soon as the order is fulfilled. A third email will be sent when the order has been delivered.

    Customs, duties, and taxes

    Mr. Sleep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

     

    Damages

    Mr. Sleep is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    Returns & Exchange Policy 

    The Mr. Sleep "Empty Bottle Guarantee"

    At Mr. Sleep, we have an Empty Bottle Guarantee! This means you can try our product for an entire month, and if you are not satisfied in any way, simply return the Empty Bottle to us and we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

    Mr. Sleep will refund 100% of your purchase price for any reason within the first 30-Days from the time that you buy the product, no questions asked.

    Subscription Cancellation Policy

    We like to be easy to deal with here at Mr. Sleep. If you'd like to cancel your subscription, simply email us at hello@mrsleep.com and our customer support team can cancel your subscription for you right away.


    We ask that you cancel your order before it ships. If you cancel after the product ships, you may be held responsible for the payment of that product.
